Rudolf Ölz

"Baking - how it used to be." This is how the little independent bakery at one of the busier corners of Landstrasse likes to introduce itself, referring to the time as well as the quality of ingredients and baking itself which all go into the bread. The café/restaurant (also part of the bakery) are separated from the baking room by a glass window which allows curious visitors to observe the diligent bakers' and their apprentices' every move.
